This is a very cool vintage Eico Model 540 Redi-Tester.
I believe it is a leakage tester for ohm, volt and amp.
The really cool thing about this is the handmade box, it is rather interesting.
There is no power cord, and it is untested.
Leather strap handle is detached at one end.
