Nice vintage Jensen high frequency unit.  It is in very nice condition. I have no indication of model number, although it closely resembles a 1965 R-104 unit that I have seen. The speaker code is 220023, I would think that puts this at a manufacture date of the 2nd week of March, 1960.

Tests at just over 17 ohms

Measures approx 4 1/4" wide x 2 3/4" to front of grill
