This is a very unusual 12" speaker. I believe this, like several other speakers I obtained from the estate of a Rola Research & Development Engineer, to be an experimental design from his collection. It looks like an Electro-Voice speaker, and the box it came out of was labeled Electro Music SM12. The thing is, it's got a Jensen ink code on the frame of 220209. Regardless, it is in perfect, new condition and sounds GLORIOUS!
